2.1 Custom Orders: We specialize in creating custom LED Signs & LED Neon Signs. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete details about your design, including text, colors, size, and other specifications.
2.2 Color & Design Accuracy: While we strive to display the colors and designs of our Products accurately, variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or other factors.
2.3 Customization Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse any custom design or request that violates our policies or any applicable laws.
3.1 Order Process: Once your order is submitted through our website or customer service, you will receive an order confirmation. You must review and verify the details, as any discrepancies must be addressed before production begins.
3.2 Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3.3 Payment: Payments for orders are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept [ credit cards, PayPal, etc.].
3.4 Taxes: Applicable taxes will be charged based on your shipping location.

4.3 Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Standard shipping time is around 15-20 business days. Rush shipping time is around 5-10 business days.
4.4 Risk of Loss: Once the Products are shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to you.
5.1 Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Rush Orders within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be possible due to production commencement.
5.2 Returns: Custom LED neon signs are non-returnable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage.
5.3 Refunds: Custom LED neon signs are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if order has been canceled within 1- 4 hour period
5.4 Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for custom-made products unless the sign is defective, incorrectly customized.
6.1 Ownership: All designs, artwork, logos, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Neonstock or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User-Generated Content: By submitting custom design requests, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
7.1 Warranty: Neonstock makes no warranties beyond those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
7.2 Limitation of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neonstock is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Products.
7.3 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product that caused the claim.
8.1 Privacy Policy: By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
8.2 Data Protection: We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data and will take reasonable measures to protect it. We will never sell or misuse your personal data.
9.1 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site if we believe you have violated any terms of this Agreement.
9.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Site at any time by discontinuing access to the Site.
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Circuit Court of Cook County’s First Municipal District , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
